Built with reinforced high-rigidity cast iron bed and column structure optimized through finite element analysis, the HMC1000 features strategic rib layout to effectively resist vibration and torsion during heavy cutting. The bed and worktable undergo double artificial aging and natural aging treatments to thoroughly eliminate internal casting stress, ensuring minimal deformation even under long-term high-intensity operation.

Equipped with a BT50 high-torque spindle (6000rpm, 15/18.5kW power) featuring forced water cooling and air curtain sealing, this machining center reduces thermal deformation, prevents cutting fluid intrusion, and extends spindle service life. It delivers strong cutting force for rough and finish machining of various materials including steel, cast iron, and aluminum alloys.

The B-axis 360° rotary table with 1° minimum indexing enables one-stop multi-sided machining of complex parts, significantly reducing clamping times and eliminating secondary positioning errors.
